Zink is improving the living experience of thousands of residents one solution at a time. At launch, zink currently supports common actions between residents and their property management.

If enabled, residents can create, submit and track issue requests for their residential units.

**Security**
View IDs of security personnel and other occasional workers authorised within your property and be notified of personnel changes. Track security-related incident reports documented by your property management

**Visitor Management**
Residents can generate secure passes for their visitors which can be authenticated prior to entry at security gate stations.

**Billing**
All bills levied by property managers can be viewed, disputed or paid for with a detailed transaction history maintained over time.

**Messaging**
Interact and engage with your property management in a less-intrusive space with full messaging history.

**Bookings**
Book common area amenities where available and enabled by your property.
